2. What personal information we collect

We only collect what we need to take your booking and carry out your journey. Depending on how you get in touch, this may include:

  • Website information: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit are recorded in our web server logs for security and troubleshooting. If you use our contact form, we receive the details you type into it.

Our Google reviews are public and are published by Google, not collected by us. If you leave one, we may reply to it.

3. How we use your information

  • deal with complaints, accidents, insurance matters or disputes.

We do not sell your information, use it for automated decision-making, or send marketing messages. If that ever changes, we will ask for your clear consent first.

  • Google: our website shows a Google Map, and we have a Google Business Profile where customers leave reviews. Google has its own privacy policy;

Some of our providers, such as Google, may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, it is protected by approved safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

Making a complaint

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or call 0303 123 1113.

9. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This website uses only essential cookies needed for it to work properly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics at the time of writing.

Our Contact page shows a Google Map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the rest of the site will continue to work.

[If you add Google Analytics or any other tracking, update this section and add a cookie consent banner.]

10. How we keep your information safe

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to bookings and customer details is limited to me. Phones and devices that hold customer details are protected with passcodes, and software is kept up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take sensible technical and organisational steps to protect your information.

11. Children

Our service is not directed at children. If a child travels with us, the booking is made by a parent, guardian or school, and we only collect the details needed for the journey from that adult.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the law or how we operate changes. The latest version will always be on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top.
